When you order from Family Love Forever, we move with intention — because we know this isn’t just a candle… it’s a moment.

⏱️ ship time

Orders ship within 1–2 business days. In most cases? we're faster than that. We pour, prep, and pack with care — not chaos.

🚚 delivery time

Once your order ships, most orders arrive within 2–4 business days depending on your location from us here in Baltimore, MD. Total time from order to doorstep is typically 3–6 business days.

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

📦 shipping address accuracy

Make sure your shipping details are correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

incorrect or incomplete addresses
packages delivered to the wrong address due to customer error

📍 marked as delivered (but not there?)

Check around your delivery area, ask neighbors or household members, then contact the carrier directly. Once a package is marked delivered, it's in the carrier's hands and we're not responsible for lost or stolen packages after that point. That said — if something feels off, reach out. we'll do what we can. we recommend shipping to a secure location.

📭 lost in transit

Different story. If your package never makes it to delivery, that one's on us. Email us and you choose: a replacement shipped within 1 business day, or a full refund. no runaround.

🔁 damaged items

If your order arrives damaged, email returns@familyloveforever.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We'll replace it. no questions asked, no return needed. The photo isn't us doubting you — it tells us whether it happened in our packing or in transit so we can fix it either way.
