but if it’s not hitting the way it should? we’ve got you.

🕒 return window

you have 14 days from the moment your package is marked “delivered” to start a return or exchange.

after that? we’ve gotta draw the line.

📦 what can be returned

items that are unused, unlit, in their original packaging, and still looking like they just came out the box. basically, if it looks like it's been through something, it's not eligible.

🚫 what’s not eligible

used or burned candles. anything requested after 14 days. anything damaged through misuse — we love a good vibe, not chaos.

🚚 return shipping

on us. we'll email you a prepaid return label — print it, drop it off, done. no paying to send back something that didn't work out.

💸 refunds

once your return arrives and we've inspected it, approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 3 business days. your bank may take a few more days to post it.

🔁 exchanges

same 14-day window, same condition requirements. you cover shipping the item back, we cover shipping the replacement out.

📦 damaged on arrival

if your candle shows up damaged, we replace it. no questions asked, no return needed. just send a photo within 14 days of delivery so we can figure out whether it happened in our packing or in transit and fix it either way.
