but if it’s not hitting the way it should? we’ve got you.


🕒 return window

you have 14 days from the moment your package is marked “delivered” to request a return.

after that? we’ve gotta draw the line.


📦 what can be returned

we accept returns on items that are:

  • unused
  • unlit
  • in original packaging
  • still looking like they just came out the box

👉 basically, if it looks like it’s been through something… it’s not eligible.


🚫 what’s not eligible

  • used or burned candles
  • items returned after 14 days
  • anything damaged due to misuse (we love a good vibe, not chaos)

💸 refunds

once we receive and inspect your return:

  • approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method
  • please allow a few business days for it to show up (banks like to take their time)

🚚 return shipping

customers are responsible for return shipping costs
(unless we messed up — and if we did, we’ll make it right. period.)
