About

I did everything right.
Boston University. Engineering degree. Stable career. The whole thing.
And I was miserable.
So I walked away. Not into a plan — into a feeling. The feeling that said there had to be more than this.
I ended up driving trucks across the country. One day my truck broke down and I was sitting still — which for me is basically torture — and I realized: if I'm not moving, I'm not earning. That wasn't going to work.
So I opened my laptop. Sketchy WiFi. Zero plan. And I started building.
One listing. One late night. One candle.
Then someone bought it.
And I don't even remember what I made on that first sale. But I remember exactly how it felt. Like proof. Like permission. Like — okay. This is real. Let's go.
I taught myself everything. How to make the candles. How to pour them. How to build a brand from scratch with nothing but a vision and a refusal to quit.
Because here's what I knew from day one:
This was never about candles.
It's about that moment when someone opens the box and reads the label and their whole face changes. The laugh they didn't see coming. The tears they weren't expecting. The "how did you know?" that makes the gift giver feel like they finally got it exactly right.
That moment? That's what I'm selling.
4,500+ candles later — that belief hasn't moved an inch.
FLF Candles exists for every moment worth saying something about. The sacred ones. The savage ones. The ones that need a laugh. The ones that need a cry. The ones that need both at the same time.
We show up for all of it.
So go find the candle that says exactly what you've been thinking.
Someone out there needs to hear it.
